Due to the high volume of catering orders we receive, catering orders can be placed up to 7 days in advance.

We recommend placing your order as early as possible within this window to secure your preferred pickup or delivery time.

Unfortunately, we cannot add additional items to your order. We can only remove any items that need to be cancelled. If you would like to add an item to an existing order, please place a separate order and reference your initial order number in the notes section. We will ensure the orders are linked and arrive together. If your first order is a delivery order, please do not place a second delivery order—simply place this as a pickup order and make the reference to link orders in the notes section. This will ensure both orders arrive together at the same time. If you need to remove an item from your order, please email sarah@greenandthegrain.com.

If your delivery order has not arrived, please call the customer support number listed on your receipt and have your order number available. The customer service team will be able to assist you in locating your order and provide the most up-to-date delivery status.

Please note that our delivery orders are now delivered through Doordash’s courier network. Because they manage the delivery process directly, contacting the support number on your receipt is the fastest and most effective way to communicate with the courier team and resolve any delivery-related issues.

Cancellations may be accepted 24 hours prior to the confirmed delivery or pickup date for a full refund. Orders canceled after 24 hours will be charged 50% of the total. Any order that has been put into production will be charged in full.

If you're located outside of our standard delivery area, we recommend placing your catering order through ezCater. Through our partnership with ezCater, delivery is available to locations up to 20 miles throughout the Twin Cities metro area, making it a great option for larger meetings, events, and office catering needs.
