We are Green + The Grain, a local mobile eatery and fast casual restaurant chain based out of the Twin Cities, Minnesota.  We are a small, woman owned + operated business with six metro locations.  

We pride ourselves in serving fresh and flavorful salads with premium local and organic ingredients, whenever possible.
